CONGU 2016 Changes – Continuous Handicap Review

One of the changes to the CONGU handicapping system for 2016 is to report on those players who have had 7 consecutive 0.1 increases so that their handicap can be reviewed by the handicap committee. This report has now been added to the PUMA Ladies Golf Handicapping System.
